Cashier / Dubai – Take cash payments from customers, coordinate with the sales department, ensuring that the correct amount has been received, prepare all documentation required, ensuring that this is done in a customer orientated manner; Receive finance cheques from banks, commercial companies, and lease customers; ensure all relevant documentation is completed to allow for accuracy of reports; Prepare documentation required to deposit cash and cheques ensuring that monies are allocated to the correct bank accounts, as advised by the Finance Manager; Maintain petty cash levels, ensuring levels do not fall below minimum set, requesting cash when required. Deliver employees or visitors to their desired destination with efficiency and courtesy; Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as required detailing the mix of cash and cheques.
High School / O Levels with minimum knowledge of accounting procedures; Computer literacy; 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position; Knowledge of spoken & written English essential, any additional languages including Arabic advantageous.
Accountant (General) / Corporate Office (UAE) – Assisting the Sr. Accountant in all areas of accounting and control functions, including day-to-day accounting process; Chartered Management Accountant / or similar Accountancy qualification; Internal Audit Certification – Desirable; 2 – 3 years experience within a medium to large Automotive company; Ability to comprehend & communicate in English language; Basic computer knowledge (particularly excel is a must); Age limit 25 to 35

Telephone Operator Dubai – The Telephone Operator is responsible to proactively handle inquiries through phone, fax or email and communicate with internal and external customers in a professional, courteous and constructive manner. The agent at all times meets and exceeds performance standards while maintaining exceptional service level for guest satisfaction and maximize potential hotel revenue by applying the Raffles Standards. The ideal candidate must have previous 5 star hotel experience in a similar position. A good knowledge of spoken and written English is essential.
Front Office Agent Dubai – Perform check in / out and room change procedures, maintaining cash float and ensures daily report of all money received, assist guests with currency exchange, attend to guest complaints, inquiries and requests, check night report, prepare morning report and prepare all necessary forms for the guest arrival.
Only candidates with a 5 star hotel background will be considered. The applicant must have good English and Opera knowledge. Arabic is an advantage.
